As an Account Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our mission to inspire the enjoyment of life through stunning outdoor environments. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and production teams to deliver top-quality services while fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Builder: Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with your assigned client base.
Ensuring Client Satisfaction: Weekly communications with clients to ensure satisfaction, and addressing needs as they arise.
Property Evaluations: Perform weekly site audits on properties to ensure Blue Ribbon Outdoor standards being met.
Being Proactive: managing properties, and client expectations.
Upselling: Assessing, estimating, and communicating with clients on property enhancements for continuous beautification of property.
Communication: Ability to communicate professionally and promptly to clients needs and request.
Collaboration: Collaborate with senior leadership, managers, and staff to share insights and drive best results for clients. Providing contract details to the production team and ensuring seamless execution.
Team Player: Support team members in a positive and professional style.
What We Are Looking For:
Knowledge base: Preferred knowledge and experience as an account manager or production supervisor in the lawn maintenance industry. Knowledge of lawn maintenance procedures, tools, and equipment.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational, time management, and leadership abilities.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Client Priority: A client-focused, service-oriented approach to your work.
Commitment: Commitment to safety, teamwork, and delivering superior results.
