Director of New Business Development

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Director of New Business Development to join our team!

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Brand Experience, this role offers an exciting opportunity to drive impactful business growth and foster meaningful client relationships. If you are passionate about sales strategy, leadership, and building successful partnerships, we’d love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage and guide a team to source and close new business opportunities, consistently exceeding sales targets.

  • Organize and Track: Manage and monitor the sales pipeline and account activities using Aspire.

  • Collaborate Strategically: Ability to promote and support initiatives that achieve planned sales goals.

  • Build Relationships: Cultivate lasting relationships with new clients to drive long-term business success.

  • Shape Sales Strategy: Play a key role in defining and executing sales strategies aligned with service offerings.

  • Represent the Brand: Actively participate in industry events and conferences to enhance visibility and growth opportunities. Promoting Blue Ribbon values and core focus.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with Aspire: Familiarity with Aspire software is a plus.

  • Proven Leadership: Expertise in developing and managing SOPs effectively.

  • Market Insight: Deep understanding of market trends and an established professional network.

  • Sales Excellence: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment. Having a hunter mentality.

  • Exceptional Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.

  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with outstanding relationship management skills.

  • Organizational Savvy: Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and achieve quotas.

  • Proactive Problem-Solver: Initiative to seek relevant information and make timely, informed decisions.
