At Blue Ribbon Outdoor, we’re dedicated to creating beautiful, inspiring outdoor spaces that enhance the quality of life for our clients. We’re looking for a Plant Healthcare Group Leader who shares our passion for excellence and innovation in the outdoor industry.
What You’ll Do:
Monitor and inspect the health of trees and plants to ensure they thrive.
Identify and address diseases or physical issues affecting plant health.
Perform integrated pest management, including scheduling, inspections, sampling, treatments, and inventory management.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain equipment effectively and safely.
Maintain detailed, accurate records and prepare written reports for clients and account managers.
Build and nurture exceptional client relationships.
Support the team by completing tasks assigned by the Crew Leader or designated supervisor.
What You’ll Bring:
Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with smartphones and software tools.
A valid driver’s license (required).
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
