As a Residential Lawncare Group Leader, you’ll play a key role in overseeing and coordinating the weekly maintenance of beautiful residential properties. This is an opportunity to lead a talented team, ensure top-notch client satisfaction, and make a meaningful impact on the landscapes we care for.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and Inspire: Manage and motivate Lawncare crews by assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring everyone is performing at their best.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with other departments to address lawn maintenance needs promptly.
Maintain Excellence: Oversee the upkeep of residential properties to meet the highest standards of care.
Plan Ahead: Forecast contract hours, equipment needs, and seasonal demands to stay ahead of the curve.
Problem-Solve Proactively: Address issues swiftly to keep operations running smoothly.
Create a Positive Culture: Build an environment where team members feel valued, challenged, and excited to come to work each day.
